Subject: Not the best of the run
Not the strongest show of this run at the Capitol but still a great listen. The second set is strong with a nice China Rider opener.

Subject: Ron "Pigpen" McKernan
An infamous Pigpen screwup before the jam in Easy Wind. For the rest of the song, they're just going through the motions, probably pissed. Still, a good show, before they began their downhill slide 15 months later (which I partly attribute to Ron's absence).

I like the 2nd set. It begins with Weir asking the crowd to howl like a coyote and then it goes into a really good China Cat-I Know You Rider.
